ibis Styles Ambassador Jeonju City Centre is located in the centre of Jeonju Movie Road. The hotel is a 15-minute walk northwest of Jeonju Hanok Village and a 10-minute taxi ride from Jeonju Express Bus Terminal.

Lost in translation
Room was perfectly comfortable and adequate for its purpose - we just needed a place to sleep for the night. Shower was pretty good, everything was clean. Big tv by the bed which I like.
We had some language barriers with the lady at reception. She didn't really speak English to us at all. While I wish I'd picked up more Korean, I believe if a hotel markets itself specifically as a 'tourist hotel', as this one does, then one could expect a reasonable level of English proficiency, or at least enough to run through standard check-in procedures. However we needed to use a translate app to check in successfully. With that said, the lady was friendly.

Super comfy, would stay here again!
The location is great and the room was super comfy.
The hotel is a little dated and the hallways need remodeling.

히터 사용에 대한 설명도 없어 따뜻한 물도 못쓰고 추위에 떰. 전반적으로 설명이 부족함. 한 외국인 투숙객이 4층 로비를 가기 위해 엘리베이터에서 방황하고 있었음. 시끄럽고, 엘리베이터도 타기 시간 소요 많이 걸립니다.
